Ngoba Martyns-Yellowe joined ARM Trustees Limited in January 2019. In her role as the Head of Private Trust, Ngoba provides an oversight role in the administration of Private Trusts, Succession and Estate Planning Services.

Prior to joining ARM Trustees Limited, Ngoba had worked as the Head of Trust Services at ALM Trustees where she led and was part of teams responsible for Commercial, Public and Private Trusts with the nominal value of transactions she has been involved in reaching the excess of USD$3 Billion. She worked as Legal Counsel in the Legal Departments of First Bank of Nigeria Limited and Access Bank Plc respectively, where she was involved in structuring high-profile transactions including asset acquisition, capital raising and financing transactions for clients across the real estate, maritime, oil and gas, telecommunications and fast-moving consumer goods industries. Her transactional experience in the financial services sector includes drafting, negotiating and reviewing of transaction documents relating to Banking, Financing and Capital Markets transaction documentation. She also provided general legal advisory services on various aspects of state and nationals law to the business units of the Banks she worked in.

She worked briefly as a Payment Assistant at Capital One (Europe) Plc, Nottingham, United Kingdom and the law firm of Paul Usoro & Co early in her career.

Ngoba holds a Masters in Maritime Law from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. She is also a Law (LLB) graduate of the University of Ibadan and obtained a Barrister at Law (BL) Certificate from the Nigerian Law School. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIARB), an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is in view of becoming a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and investments (CISI).
